VOLUNTEERING OPTIONS
Operation and Finance
The Operations and Finance Workstream is a group of volunteers who focus on the operational and financial aspects of PSHAN and its programmes. This workstream includes the following experts and professionals: Chief Financial Officers, Financial Analysts, Operations Managers, Financial Planners, etc.
The Operations and Finance Workstream also includes the following sub-workstreams:
• Investment Workstream: The Investment Workstream refers to a group or team of volunteers responsible for researching and identifying potential investment opportunities, developing and implementing investment strategies, and monitoring the progress and performance of the investments. This workstream includes the following experts and professionals: Investment Advisors, Investment Bankers, Capital Markets Experts, Financial Advisors, etc.
• Supply Chain Workstream: The Supply Chain workstream is a group of volunteers who focus on the management and optimisation of the flow of medicines, vaccines, and health technologies/equipment within PSHAN’s programmes (especially its flagship programme – The Adopt -A- Healthcare Facility Programme (ADHFP).
This workstream includes the following experts and professionals: Supply Chain Managers, Logistics Managers, Procurement Managers, Inventory Managers, etc.
Health
The Health Workstream is a group of volunteers who focus on promoting health and wellness within PSHAN and its communities (especially the ADHFP). This workstream includes the following experts and professionals: Medical Doctors/Physicians, Nurses, Public Health Nurses, Health Educators, Nutritionists, etc.
Branding and Communication
The Branding and Communications workstream is a group of volunteers who focus on the development and execution of PSHAN’s branding and communication strategies. This workstream includes the following experts and professionals: Brand Managers, Marketing Communications Managers, Public Relations (PR) Managers, etc.
IT
The IT workstream is a group of volunteers who focus on providing technical support and assistance to PSHAN in the areas of information technology (IT). This workstream includes the following experts and professionals: Software Developers, Database Administrators, Information Security Analysts, Cyber Security Experts, etc.
Regulatory
The Regulatory Workstream is a group of volunteers who focus on ensuring that PSHAN is in compliance with laws and regulations that apply to its operations and industry. This workstream includes the following experts and professionals: Compliance Officers, Legal Counsels, Regulatory Affairs Managers, Quality Assurance Managers, etc.
The Regulatory Workstream also includes the Tax Workstream.
The Tax Workstream is a group of volunteers who focus on ensuring that PSHAN is in compliance with tax laws and regulations, and that it is taking advantage of all tax benefits and incentives that apply to its operations and industry. This workstream includes the following experts and professionals: Tax Accountants, Tax Managers, Tax Attorneys, Tax Consultants, Tax Auditors, Tax Analysts, etc.
