Project Details

• PHC building, Staff Quarters, services, external works, and security block, all renovated and operational.
• Services include Immunization, Antenatal care services, Labor & delivery, family planning, providing TB drugs, In-patient and Out-patient care (OPD), and postnatal care.

Post – Occupancy

• The facility has experienced an increase in activity since the ribbon-cutting ceremony, due to the cold weather there is a reduction in the number of diseases reported.

1. BUILDING

• Entrance compound, perimeter fence, main facility and accessory structures are in good condition.
• All window nets in the PHC are routinely checked due to high rate of mosquitoes in the environment. No openings/tear has been reported.
• Landscaped grass in good condition

2. DRUGS

• Drugs used by children, pregnant women and elderly are currently procured and administered by the officer in charge.
• Supplied drugs by PSHAN through the DMMA are in good condition. Awaiting the resumption of the personnel to manage drug dispensing.

3. STAFFING

• The current staff has been accessed and the recruitment process is ongoing for additional staff.

4. EQUIPMENT

• All medical/mechanical equipment supplied to the PHC by PSHAN are already in use.

5. NEXT STEPS

• Recruit staff to support existing staff of the PHC (Process ongoing)
• Train and onboard staff
• Commence M&E process, monthly report collation, validation, and transmission.
• Carry out asset tagging.
